INSTRUCTION 

1. Begin by arranging the fairy lights vertically along the chosen wall. Adhere them securely using double sided tape.
2.  Either drape the sheer net over a curtain rod for an ethereal effect or delicately hang it on hooks using ribbons.
3. Inflate the balloons to about 85% of their full size to achieve an appealing aesthetic. Gently place them onto an arch tape, allowing you to customize the arrangement to your preference.
4. Securely attach the "Happy Birthday" banner to the backdrop.
