  1. Inflate the balloons using of balloon pump to about 85% of their full size to achieve an appealing aesthetic. Gently place them onto an arch tape, allowing you to customize the arrangement to your preference.

  2. Securely attach the "Happy Birthday" banner to the balloon garland.
