- Inflate the balloons to about 85% of their full size to achieve an appealing aesthetic.
- Unfold paper fans and hang a monthly banner between fans for charming and easy-to-create party decor!
- Insert a straw into the valve, gently blow air, remove the straw, and secure the valve for an inflated foil balloon.
